Privacy

Your Company Name (Your address, City, Country) is the data controller for this website.

What we collect

• Order data: your email, name and country as entered at checkout, the items bought, the amount paid, and Stripe’s payment reference. We keep it to deliver your files and for accounting (up to 10 years, as required by law).
• Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe (their privacy policy). We never see your card number.
• Download activity: how many times each link was used, so we can enforce the download limit.
• Local storage: your cart is saved in your browser only.
• Pixels: if you accept the cookie banner, the TikTok and Meta pixels tell us which videos bring readers here. Decline and nothing loads. You can change your mind by clearing the site's cookies.

Who receives it

Stripe (payments), Brevo (transactional emails) and our hosting provider. We do not sell your data.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing, by writing to hello@thebanger.fans. EU residents may also lodge a complaint with their local data-protection authority.
