Terms of sale

These terms apply to every purchase made on this website, operated by Your Company Name, Your address, City, Country (“we”). By placing an order you agree to them.

What you are buying

Digital files (PDF and/or ePub) of The Last Woman on Earth. No physical goods are shipped. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to read the files on your own devices. You may not resell, redistribute or publicly share them.

Price and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may be presented in your local currency at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never store your card details. Taxes are added at checkout where required by law.

Delivery

Download links are shown immediately after payment and emailed to the address you entered. Links are valid for 7 days and allow a limited number of downloads. If a link stops working, contact us and we will send a new one.

Right of withdrawal

Because the content is delivered immediately, you expressly agree that delivery starts as soon as payment is confirmed and acknowledge that you lose any statutory right of withdrawal once the download has begun. See our refund policy.

Intellectual property

All artwork, text and characters are the property of their authors and protected by copyright. Buying a copy does not transfer any rights beyond the personal licence above.
